One quote per building, one plan for the property

Associations rarely have just one roof. Buildings put up in the same year still age at different speeds depending on sun, shade and past repairs, and replacing every roof at once strains any reserve fund.

We survey each building, sort the roofs into those ready for treatment or sealing, those needing small repairs first and those close to replacement, and quote each building on its own. The board can then phase the work in whatever order the budget allows.
