Treasure Island, Florida
Beach sun and salt spray age a roof quickly, and the answer is rarely a whole new one. We treat tired asphalt shingles, clean and seal tile, and price each piece of the job separately so you only pay for what your roof needs.

Nothing the roof does not need gets bundled in, and nothing is added on the day without a conversation first.
What the lines on a typical quote look like
Each line carries its own price, given by phone or at the roof. Leave out any line you do not want.
You see what each part of the job costs before anything is booked, so the decision about what to do stays with you.
If treatment will not help your roof, or a wash will do for now, that is what we tell you, even when it makes the job smaller.
Call and you talk to someone who knows your roof and your quote. We check in again once the work has seen its first real rain.
Plenty of owners are away when we work. We arrange access ahead of time and go through what we did with you by phone afterward.
Tell us the roof type, roughly how old it is and what is bothering you about it.
We go up, check the shingles or tile, and look over flashing, vents and any growth.
We take you through each line of the quote and its price. You decide what goes ahead.
We pick a rain-free day, shield the yard and pool, and complete only the lines you signed off on.
After the first heavy rain we check in, and we can set up return visits if you would like them.
A short call and one visit is all it takes. Every line is priced before anything is scheduled.
What people usually ask before they book.
Each piece of work gets its own line and price: washing, any small repairs, the treatment or the sealing, and anything else the roof needs. You can say yes to some lines and no to others.
It slows the loss. The treatment softens dried asphalt so it grips the granules it still has. It cannot put back granules already sitting in the gutter, which is why sooner is better.
Most homes are finished within a morning or an afternoon. Being there is optional; we just need the side gate open, an outdoor tap and room on the driveway.
Shingles usually look a little deeper and more even in color once the treatment dries. Cleaned and sealed tile looks fresher without turning glossy.
For most of the work, yes. We wear soft-soled shoes, step along the stronger parts of the roof and keep off any section that seems fragile.
Then we say so. Shingles that crack when bent, a roof that leaks, or bare mat across whole slopes are past what treatment can help, and you will hear that straight away.
Yes. We arrange access and timing with you by phone, do the work, and call afterward to go through it with you.
We work up and down the barrier islands and on the mainland side of the bay, so getting to you is rarely a problem.

We look before we price, and we price before we work. That is the whole approach, whether the roof is asphalt shingle or concrete tile.
It keeps quotes honest, keeps jobs the right size and keeps owners in charge of what happens to their roof.
